Before you come.
When can I arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Late check-out until 16:00 for 600 MAD. Reception is open 24 hours.
Do I pay when I book?
A deposit of 30% of the stay, through a secure payment link we email within the hour. The balance is paid on arrival. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival; after that, the deposit is kept.
And children?
The Family suite sleeps up to four, with two children at most. Children under 6 stay there free.
Is the hammam open?
Every day, 10:00 to 20:00. The ritual takes 50 minutes and costs 900 MAD a person.
How do I get there?
27 Derb Sidi Lahcen, Bab Doukkala, 40000 Marrakech. The airport transfer is 350 MAD per way.
